EAST LANSING, MICHIGAN - The new Whole Foods in Meridian Township is expected to open on April 13, but this past weekend residents got a look at what the new store has to offer.

Whole Foods hosted a "Party for the Planet" event on Saturday, April 2nd.

People had the chance to sample products Whole Foods will sell as well as meet team members and learn how the business plans to serve the community.
