MASON, MI - On July 1, 79 animals from a farm in Mason were seized by Ingham County Animal Control Officers. Prior to that, this farm was part of an ongoing animal welfare investigation conducted by Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter (ICACS).
18 horses were among the animals taken by ICACS and all will require treatment and medical care due to their condition. ICACS says the public can assist with the horses care by providing monetary donations that will go towards their food and veterinary care.
