OKEMOS - Okemos Volleyball won the CAAC Blue Conference title against Holt and moved onto district play. First they faced Jackson High who the Chieftains beat 3 to 0. Then they faced Lansing Everett.

Lansing Everett gave the Okemos girl's a harder time, but Okemos was still able to come out on top. In the district final Okemos faced Mason who has an outstanding player, Willow Martin, she's headed to Western Michigan. Willow and the rest of the bulldogs went to work and Okemos couldn't find the win.

Okemos ended their season in the district final championship, but they have a lot of young players coming up next year, the team is looking bright for next season.
