MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Doggy Daycare & Spa in recently cut the ribbon for the grand opening of its second location in Okemos.

Their first location is located on Mt. Hope Highway and opened up in 2003.

Doggy Daycare provides a a full grooming, boarding and daycare service for any canine.

Janice Milligan, owner of Doggy Daycare talks about connecting with the dogs.

"Dogs are honest, they are who they are. They don't pretend to be something they are not," said Milligan

Milligan said all dogs must go through an interview before being accepted to their daycare program.
