Battle

EAST LANSING - Michigan State University's football team spends their entire off-season prepping for the next fall.

MSU's Head Athletic Trainer Sally Nogle said the players never stop preparing. Since most players gain their strength during the off-season.

The team starts their winter conditioning in January and continues until spring football starts in March. Nogle said for right now the team is conditioning and working on improving their skills.

As Head Athletic Trainer, Nogle’s number one priority is keeping the players healthy and injury free.

"If they happen we triage them and deal with them and then we do the rehabilitation to get them back," Nogle said. "So right now these guys are still running and doing agility training and conditioning for the upcoming season."
