MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - On Saturday, August 24th, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. the Community Resources Commission will be hosting their 14th annual Golf Fest. The event will take place at Meridian Sun Golf Club in Haslett.

More than 100 prizes will be raffled away. You can purchase raffle tickets at the event or at the Meridian Township Municipal Building located at 5151 Marsh Road in Okemos.

This event serves as a fundraiser for the Meridian Township Community Resources Commission Emergency Needs Fund and benefits those in emergency need situations such as utility shutoffs, prescriptions, or evictions.
