UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - In Meridian Township, Colin Campbell is better known as the Flag Man. He walks along Marsh Road multiple times a day, weather permitting, with his dog just trying to make people smile. As much as he hates the tern, he has become a local celebrity. His "Fans" consistently support him with car honks, smiles, and more. While he has been walking Marsh Road since the '80's he began counting how many cars honk at him since 9/11.
