UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - For 18 years Jerry Richards has served as General Manager of Meridian Township. He will reside in May, making an open position.

Treasurer Julie Brixie said that it is important to get public input because the manager position is vital.

The opportunity for the public to give their opinion about desired qualities, for the next township manager will be during public remarks at the Township Board Meeting on February 19.

Business owners, school community members and any member of the public all are welcome to attend.

Finalists will be announced and interviews will begin as an open session on March 16.
