UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - When you first get into the Meridian Historical Village, you might be amazed. This whole village looks like something out of an old movie. It contains historic buildings relocated from other locations and carefully restored to their original 19th century style. Their mission is “to create and sustain an active appreciation of local history.” In addition to preserving and maintaining the historic structures in the Meridian Historical Village, they offer a variety of community outreach and educational programs.
