UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Meridian Senior Center at 4000 North Okemos Road is a place where residents can participate in a golf league, enjoy a movie, or even receive assistance with income tax preparation.

"Gosh, I've been doing this for almost eighteen years now," says Lorraine Stephens, a volunteer at the center.

Stephens says it not only gives her something to do in the day, but it keeps her close with her friends who also volunteer at the center. The center is always looking for volunteers.
