The New Rule Kicks Off Summer Concert Series at the Lake Lansing Band Shell

HASLETT - The Friends of Ingham County Parks hosts free Friday night concerts at the Lansing Lansing Park South Band Shell concert stage in June, July and August. The concert features different themes and musical performances.

On June 7, The New Rule, a classic rock band which has been playing around the Lansing area almost every weekend for 6 years kicked off the 2019 summer concert series.

The leader vocal Chris Wood said, ‘‘we are happy to open up the lake Lansing concern services these years as we are for a couple of years now we are really enjoy playing out there for all of the wonderful people come up to see us. we have great whether it is just a fun place to play, lots of people really enjoy coming up there lasting whole summer long.’

One visitor said, "The New Rule is a very nice entertaining band. We enjoy the opportunity to come up here to Lake Lansing Band Shell.'
