A local resident Polly Murray believes in health and fitness for seniors and line dancing is a wonderful fun way to exercise. Murray said, "The benefits are huge. You have a quality of life as you age, and that's hugely important for seniors. A quality of life. I think that when you go out and blend with other people, there is a social aspect, an emotional aspect, and theirs a mental aspect to line dancing because you have to learn the steps."

The event was open to public to have fun and keep older citizens in the community healthy and fit.
