HASLETT - Marsh Pointe Apartments hosted their Grand Re-Opening on Friday, March 31st, introducing the community to the newly renovated facility.
From new flooring all the way to a new roof, the renovations started from the bottom up. Including new windows, parking lot, siding, appliances and much more. The March Pointe Apartments; Independent Senior Living underwent many renovations to improve the building overall appearance and atmosphere better.
The grand opening was much more than just a giant unveiling of all the renovations, it was to celebrate the completion of what could be considered a 'long-time coming' and recognize the residents of Marsh Pointe Apartments, which is home to over 100 residents. Residents were celebrated and thanked for their patience and time.
"We are a senior independent living community, fifty-five and better, and the residents are what really makes it special," said Amy Taylor Adams, Community Manager of Marsh Pointe.
Along with the residents, the location and features are a bonus to the uniqueness of Marsh Point Apartments.
"I think that the land that we sit on, we sit on 13.3 acers, we have a lot of beautiful wildlife deer, turtles, fish, we have a lot of visitors,"
added Adams.
