MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Douglas J announced to the public on Monday, September 19th they plan to market their properties located on the corner of Hamilton and Okemos Roads in Okemos.

The company is seeking out third party developers, as they are partnering with CBRE Martin in order to market the real estate.

This property was purchased by Douglas J around four years ago, and has remained vacant over the time.

One of the three buildings has been removed, leaving two available for sale. Originally Douglas J planned to develop more of their company's services, however that is no longer the case.

Douglas J said this is in an effort to put more of their money toward their main Aveda institutes. As they plan to focus on the redevelopment of their current store in Downtown Okemos sometime in 2017.

There are no official plans yet, but
