UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Zoning amendment 11080, which was discussed at the Township board meeting on the 15th of November would allow businesses to have internal signs that direct the public to the right building and parking lot.

Township Manager, Gerald Richards, stated that this amendment has been discussed by the Township Board multiple times and although it was approved, it still has to be approved again for final adoption.

These signs are currently still not allowed until this zoning amendment gets approved again. The board will make a decision at the next township board meeting on Dec. 6th
