OKEMOS - Home-court is supposed to be an advantage, but the Rams (9-5) love the open road. Holt stayed undefeated in its travels (6-0) Friday night against Okemos (5-10), 70-42.
Lucky for the Rams, they play their next four games on the road, including a tilt with rival Lansing Everett at 7 p.m., Tuesday night.
The Chiefs beat Rams earlier in the season, 38-36, but that game was at Holt.
Okemos will try to rebound against Carlton Valentine's Lansing Sexton Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. in the O-Zone.
Michigan State freshmen Matt McQuaid and Conner George made an appearance for this one. George led the Chiefs to a 13-9 record, leading them in scoring and rebounds, just a season ago.
