UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Summer Playground Program is just around the corner and will begin in less than a week starting June 20st. Lasting until August 4th, the program will be a great place for the youth to meet kids from around the area, play games, and be active during the summer months. The program will be targeting exercise and nutrition, as well as work on leadership and sportsmanship skills.
The program will take place at two locations including Central Elementary School, as well as the Snell Tower Recreation Center. The program runs Monday through Thursday each week and is available as well as free for all youth in the area.


ORIGINAL STORY: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Summer Playground program is back for Meridian Township! Due to lack of funding last year, the program was unable to take place.
