MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - More homes may be coming to Meridian Township, if a request is approved. 

President of Mayberry Homes, Robert Schroeder is requesting to rezone approximately 25.5 acres from rural residential to single family low density located on the east side of Powell Road, approximately 1,600 feet north of Grand River Avenue. Schroeder offered a conditioned on density of no more than one unit per acre.

The public hearing scheduled for the July 27th Planning Commission meeting has been moved to August 24th.
