MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The managed deer hunt in Meridian Township begins on October 25th during the regular Michigan bow hunting season from noon to dusk. Qualified, competent, and experienced hunters who are familiar with selected safe hunting areas will begin the deer harvest. Only bow hunting will commence on October 25th and will continue Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 22nd, except for Thanksgiving Day.

Firearm harvesting will only be conducted on the Davis/Foster Preserve from noon to dusk on Tuesdays and Thursdays from November 15th to November 29th, except on Thanksgiving Day.
