MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Meridian Arts and Crafts Marketplace is coming to the Central Park Pavilion this summer beginning Sunday, June 28 from 11 AM to 4 PM. The Meridian Crafters’ Marketplace is open on the fourth Sunday of each month now through September.
“Approximately 20 local crafters and artists from Meridian Township and surrounding communities will be in attendance to display and sell their hand-made creations”, stated LuAnn Maisner, Director of Parks and Recreation. “The wide variety of unique and lasting gift items include watercolors, furniture pieces, photography, jewelry, soy candles, hand crafted purses, belts, scarves, soaps, pottery, and more are available each market day. We are looking to expand the market and had food vendors. More information to come on this new and exciting addition. This is a great opportunity for the community to support our local economy."
