OKEMOS - "A Thousand Letters Home" is book that tells a story between the author's parents who was separated by war during WWII, and how they finally met each other again.

The author's father wrote about a thousand letters to his wife to maintain this relationship, but these letters haven't been discovered until the author's father passed away. Then his daughter, Teresa Irish, who is also the author, decided to publish them out.

On June 15th, which was also the Father's Day, Teresa Irish was invited to deliver a presentation about her book at the Meridian Senior Center.
