MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The deadline to register to vote in the May 6th Special Election in Meridian Township is Monday, April 7th.

The Special Election is a Recreation Millage Renewal for those in a neighboring community.

"There will be a special election held in the Williamston Community School District, there is a renewal recreation mills 0.75 to allow to a community to have recreation program, playground," said Brett Dreyfus, Meridian Township Clerk.

Voting will take place in the Meridian Township Municipal Building Town Hall Room from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Clerk’s Office will be open Saturday, May 3rd from 8am to 2pm to issue absentee ballots.
