MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - At the February 26th Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, the board voted on three different items.

They spent most of the meeting time discussing a case in their unfinished business. It was originally heard at the June 12, 2013 ZBA meeting and included variances from three different ordinances. The board voted unanimously to deny the proposal to add four new parking spots to the property at 4650 Moore St. The owner of the property can still take this up with the Road Commission.

The board voted unanimously to approve an addition to a garage at 6103 E. Lake Dr. and also to approve the remodeling of the front facade of the building at 2090 Grand River Ave.
