HASLETT - Halsett football is now ready for a playoff run as they defeated Chelsea on Friday, solidifying their post-season position.

Haslett relied on their running game for most of the contest, leading 35-to-14 at the half.

They din't look back in the second two frames as they would hold on to win by a final score of 42-to-21.

Now Haslett will shift their attention to their first playoff match up against CAAC Red division leader Dewitt.

Dewitt won the last match up between the two teams 35-to-7, but Haslett will look to change their fortune on Friday night.
