HASLETT, MI - The Haslett Vikings took on Lansing Eastern at home in their second game of the season. Haslett took the early lead when Graham Riley carried the ball in for a four yard run. They pulled ahead further with Riley running in two more touchdowns during the second quarter and Alec Dunckel scoring off a twenty yard pass.
The Vikings were up twenty-eight to zero at half.
Eastern fought back during the second half recovering an onside kick that led to their first touchdown of the night plus a two-point conversion.
Trace Woodworth ran in another touchdown for Haslett, but Eastern fired back when EJ Jackson carried the ball in for both the touchdown and another two-point conversion.
Lee Mott ran the ball in for a Haslett touchdown in the fourth quarter and the kick by Bryce Dickman sealed the final score for the night at forty-one to sixteen, Haslett.
