"To be recognized for excellence in programming by NATOA is one of the highest honors a municipal station can receive. Meridian Township's Communication Department prides itself on providing 'real world'
experience for college students who produce and create many programs for Township residents. Recognition by NATOA for programming excellence reflects that training. In 2010 HOMTV concentrated efforts to redesign the marketing and promotion opportunities offered to college students. Being named finalists in those categories showcases that effort and we are honored by the recognition," said Deborah Guthrie, Meridian Township’s
Interim Communications Director.
