UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - After 29 years of business, the local business known as Mole Hole closed.

Owners Ronn Blodgett and Golden Masters held their retirement sale just a couple of week ago, shortly before the closing of their store.
There isn't any idea on what will be done with the space, but Mark Kieselbach, Director of Community Planning and development, would hope to see the space occupied soon.

"The stores lease expires February 28th, but the space is still up for grabs," said Kieselbach.
The Mole Hole was the last of all that remained open to close.
