UPDATE:
LANSING - Obesity seems to be a common theme not only in Michigan, but our country as well. Is it lack of exercise, poor eating habits, or a mix of both?
Almost all studies lead to both of these to be a main cause. A study from the American Heart Journal showed that people who ate fast food more than twice a week gained 10 more pounds than people who ate fast food less than once a week.
Simple exercises can also do the trick to help loose weight, however shedding some pounds comes easier when accompanied with a diet.
