OKEMOS - The Chiefs had another close game Friday night as the Trojans came to their home court. East Lansing had a nine point lead going into the fourth quarter but a few nice plays from Riley McCarthy and Nate Lafayette gave them a one point lead before Javon Haines took over. He had four big points in the final minute including a steal that led to a dunk. Trojans pull off a close one 59-58.
Lafayette once again led all scorers with 22, while Javon Haines and Akil Mitchell each had 21 for East Lansing.
