OKEMOS - Experiencing the Joy of Travel is being brought to Michigan residents through a ClassicTravel USA and Royal Caribbean sponsorship. In its second month of programming, HOMTV interns and staff are working with these two companies to bring the Joy of Travel to the CAMTV (Capital Area Media Television) audience members. Viewed in 17 different communities on AT&T U-Verse channel 99 and on Comcast channel 30, this show gives a glimpse of far away travels by people in the community and Cruise destinations by Royal Caribbean.

Each episode features Michigan hot destination spots in Jaimie’s Journey segments. From a capitol dome architect tour to doggie competitions and parks, Jaimie shows Michigan’s many quality and diverse hang out spots. Tom and Joy Thrun, owners of ClassicTravel USA also provide hot destination tips and news. Planning those trips and preparing for scuba diving, rock climbing, hiking, and more is easy with Kelly’s trip preparedness segments.

He shares his stories and photos with us of famous people he has met along the way as well as some of his treasured family cruises.
