UPDATE: LANSING - The Eastwood Towne Center in Lansing will soon be home to luxury living and fine dining.

The Heights at Eastwood, operation by DTN Management includes 125 apartments, a Hyatt Place hotel, and four restaurants and bars serving everything from pizza to fine wine.

Allen Russell, development and management director for DTN is optimistic about the unique community they are creating.

"We think this will give an option for people that want to live in an urban, walkable, community environment, take advantage of the stores, and the restaurants and the convenience of living in an area where they can walk to work, walk to the amenities, and enjoy the community," Russell said.

As of now construction is ready to begin, and the project is expected to be completed by Fall 2013.
