UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Michigan Energy Options House on Grove Street hosted an open dialogue to discuss ways to make the house even more energy efficient. This house is a Demonstration Center for energy efficiency and sustainablility.

Becky Jo Farrington the Development Manager at Michigan Energy Options said, "We accomplished a lot actually. There were some real good folks here that knew a lot about the topics that we cover here all of the time things like our sustainable sites, forest gardes, and rainwater capture. So I really think that they brought up some great topics."

lThe Michigan Energy Options House is open to the public to stop in and learn about energy efficiency and how to implement it in your own home and see a decrease on your energy bill.
