MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN - On the evening of December 10th, residents of Meridian Township had the opportunity to allow their dog to get a picture with Santa. The event, called “Here Comes Santa Paws,” had a crowd of over 25 dogs registered. Before pictures, dogs also had the chance to go on a pretty walk through the Historical Village, which was brightly lit throughout the night. Following each picture, pups got toys and treats, while their owners could grab hot chocolate.
After the event, Santa stated, “It went fantastic. I get to see all the dogs come in here to see Santa and dogs love Santa. They get a little treat and a little toy out of the toybox right there and have a beautiful walk.”
