MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals have been extinct for more than 65 million years… or have they?
Jurassic Adventure made it’s stop in the Meridian Mall this weekend bringing with it over 50 animatronic dinosaurs and mammals from the ice age period so families and children could attend and learn about the creatures that used to roam the Earth in several different ways.
“We’re having a dinosaur exhibit for the kids,” said Manager Museafa Farran. “We have an educational exhibit and we also have activities for the kids.”
Signs were posted near each dinosaur giving a detailed explanation of the species. Kids could also ride smaller dinosaurs, dig for fossils, experience a 9D virtual reality ride and jump in a Jurassic themed bounce area.
This is the first time Jurassic Adventure set up in the Meridian Mall.
