MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Fedewa Builders are hoping to build new townhomes at 1730 Chamberlain Way. The townhomes will include an attached double car garage, 9-foot ceilings, a master suite and two other bedrooms. Jerry Fedewa and his team are waiting for approval from the Township Board to begin building this luxury 10-unit multifamily townhouse complex.

"These units are for folks that want security, want peace and quiet, want something that's newer, and they are usually coming from an environment where they're accustomed to that," he said. "So, I would call it upscale."

If everything goes as planned, Fedewa Builders will start building in November.
