UPDATE:
MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - From 5pm to closing time, the Red Haven went from empty to nearly full capacity as it held its grand opening. Customers were welcomed by an energetic wait staff and were ready to try the fresh farm foods of the Red Haven.
Co-owner Nina Santucci was on the constant move all around the restaurant making sure that each customer was having a great food experience and of course enjoying the atmosphere as a whole.
The cooking staff was hard at work preparing the delicious seasonal foods that The Red Haven prides itself on, and is sure to be well known for. Customers enjoyed the various menu items and those that preferred the bar, got a taste of some of Michigan's own brewed beers and wines.
One cannot deny the relaxed and unique atmosphere that seemed to encompass the restaurant walls. There was not a man, woman, boy or girl who did not seem to be enjoying themselves and the food.
Although it hasn't been a week since the restaurant has been open, The Red Haven appears to be off to a great start, and doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon.
