UPDATE: HASLETT, MI - Owosso leads the CAAC Red and when they visited Haslett Friday night, they probably weren't expecting quite the nail-biter at the end.

Heading into the fourth quarter, Owosso led by as many as 14 points. But when Haslett picked up the defensive intensity and flashed promises of a crisp offense, the score was evened up at the two-minute mark.

Owosso then capitalized on a few turnovers by Haslett, allowing them to escape with a 61 - 53 victory.
