UPDATE: MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Hamptons Apartments, located in East Lansing on the corner of Mt. Hope and Hagadorn across from Michigan State University, have added a new addition called Waterbury Place.

"It is a mixed-use development on the north east corner of Mt. Hope and Hagadorn. There are forty-one apartment units and then the office building is a two story 10,000 square feet structure," said Mark Kieselbach, Director of Community Planning and Development.

Waterbury Place offers two, three, and four bedroom apartments. According to Mark Kieselbach, they do not yet have tenants in the office spaces but the apartments are open. According to the DTNMGT's website the apartments are now leasing for the 2012 school year. Waterbury Apartments range from $598-710.
