EAST LANSING - Members of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union are being warned of an e-mail scam known as "phishing", which aims to obtain a person's personal and financial information.

As MSUFCU notes, "phishing" is particularly dangerous due to the way it attempts to exploit the level of trust that people have with various businesses such as MSUFCU.
