HASLETT - Haslett Tennis continues to accomplish the lofty goals set by head coach Henry Brunschweiler, as his team captures a championship in its regional tournament with 28 points. DeWitt came in second with 23, followed by Charlotte with 13.

"We've played by far the best schedule we have ever had in school history," Brunnschweiler said.

"At the beginning of the year I knew we had a solid team. Things happen: we've had injuries, we've had some up and down play, but at the end of the year when I needed the guys to play and respond, they played their best."
