EAST LANSING - The Haslett Vikings gave all they could, but it was not enough to walk away with a win.
The No. 10-ranked DeWitt Panthers moves on to the District Finals as they defeat the Haslett Vikings .
Lady Panther Lexi Nordmann showed her leadership once again helping DeWitt to a 25-17, 25- 19, 25-11 victory over Haslett in the Class A district volleyball semifinals at East Lansing High School.
Nordmann had 13 kills and seven blocks to push the Panthers
(42-3-1 overall and 9-1 in conference) forward to face
Grand Ledge in Friday's district Final at 5:00 p.m. in East Lansing.
Brooke Brinkley added 29 assists. Gabri Mundt contributed 19 digs and Racher Madar had one ace.
"I was very pleased with tonight's performance and excited to send the Seniors off with a win," said DeWitt Coach Christy Thelen.
"Senior Lexi Normdann was phenomenal and Sophomore Grace George stepped up big tonight; George is 3rd in kills on the team and has become a great offensive weapon for us."
"All of the girls worked hard and we came together as a team to get the job done."
