C.J. Davis, manager of Dusty's Wine Bar, says this is a great even for the competitive spirit of the Big Ten.
"We raise money for cancer awareness and education within the Big Ten. So because we're competitive enough in the Big Ten, they thought they would spread it out to restaurants and businesses. So the coaches asked us to help raise money over the next couple days," Davis said.
The manager of the winning restaurant gets to sit behind the bench at a Spartan home basketball game.
