HASLETT, MI - Dogs are man's best friend, but sometimes man needs a little help.
That's where Hector Hernandez comes in. HIs program at First Class Dog Training works with owners and their dogs to help create a relationship between the two while teaching the dog obedience and the ability to respond to commands.
"No dog has ever failed my program," says Hernandez. "I've had only had people fail my program." Hernandez maintains that willingness to learn and listen to his instructions will lead to great results for those entering the program.
The proof of his program lies in his sidekick german shepherd, Jello. Hernandez wows those new to the program by allowing the fully grown hunting dog off its leash in the middle of the park and walking away. With a simple flick of his wrist, Jello comes bounding back to her faithful owner. A highlight to Hernandez's training is teaching owners' dogs to listen to commands, and learn to stay off leash.
Other commands like sit, stay, and heel all come in the basic four-day obedience program priced at $150.00 for the session. Hernandez also makes house calls, priced at $175.00 with no charge for gas up to 30 miles. Those seeking more information on his programs can find Hernandez at FirstClassDogTraining.org
