UPDATE: HASLETT - All heights and ages came to Kinawa Middle School to support the 5K4TJ, a three year running event. The race is in honor of T-J, a local resident, who passed away from an eating disorder. It pays tribute to his love, life, and spirit. Proceeds are donated to raise money for medication towards eating disorders. All ages were welcome to participate in the race. It's not about the prizes, just all in good fun. Fourteen lives have been saved from the mission of the event. Five survivors were at the race.
