Lauren, an East Lansing native, graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo in December 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. While studying in Kalamazoo she interned at Public Media Network filming current events, film festivals, and board meetings. Lauren has also worked for WILX in the summer of 2007 as a Production Assistant, and would return during winter and summer breaks to her PA position.
