HASLETT - Haslett High School had a full house at their 19th Jazz Night this year.

Several high school bands surrounding Meridian Township performed a wide range of jazz selections for the audience in Haslett High School's gymnasium.

"Jazz is fun music to play it actually kind of makes you want to get up and dance," Williamston High School Band Director Lynn Kelesy said.

An abundance of students at Jazz Night were swing dancing all night long.

"Oh the dancing is great. I don't think there is any other opportunity that I can get to swing dance," Williamston High School guitarist Brandon Watros said.
