MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Okemos High School boy's summer camp started last week. The junior/senior group is the focus as its senior class is led by Chaz Richardson, a four-year varsity starter.

Last year, Okemos lost in the second round of District playoffs and posted a 13-8 regular season record.The Chiefs also lost senior Conner George to graduation and is a preferred walk-on at Michigan State University. George averaged nearly 20 points and 10 rebounds a game.

The junior/senior camp sessions are from 2pm to 4pm in Okemos gymnasium. Okemos High School will also host a big man and guard camp starting June 22nd through the 23rd.
