• New location at Meridian Mall

OKEMOS - DEFYE clothing line has expanded in its size and its quality with lots of support especially from Meridian Township residents.

Since DEFYE opened its' first location in the Meridian mall, the label has tripled in size every year. In 2009, the company started from a kiosk location to a 1,100 square foot inline store in 2010. Now, it is located in a 4,500 square foot space in the mall next to Victoria's Secret. The recent production facility has allowed the brand to do all of the garment printing and manufacturing in house.

Michael Doherty, the owner of DEFYE, says "We are one of the five labels in entire company who do all the manufacturing, printing, have retail operation, and whole roots of the clothing label, all in house under one roof, so it's pretty exciting for sure."

As holiday seasons approach, DEFYE is thrilled to introduce their new 80 design pieces to customers.

The company is negotiating on opening multiple locations in Grand Rapids, Detroit, and Chicago in the near future.
