LANSING - On Wednesday August 24th, The Michigan Court of Appeals ruled that a patient-to-patient sale of medical marijuana is illegal.
As a result of this ruling, dispensaries all across the state of Michigan have closed their doors. Medical marijuana patients are now having to turn to licensed caregivers in hopes that they can provide them with the medical marijuana.
