HASLETT - Community members in Haslett now has a new wellness center to visit– Mahabir Wellness.

The center is located at 1640 Haslett Road.

On July 22nd, the business owner and licensed professional counselor Gita Mahabir held a grand opening.

Mahabir said she seeks to help people through direction and life transitions.

"I live in Haslett and I love my quaint little town," she said. " I wanted to open a practice to serve my community here."

As well, Gita is a licensed esthetician. She offers a variety of skincare products and procedures at her center.
